Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive an OAuth access token and refresh token to connect to your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts. We also store your email address and the GA4 property and GSC site you select. No other personal data is collected.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to display your own website analytics inside the dashboard. We do not sell, share, use for advertising, or process your data for any purpose other than rendering your dashboard.

Data protection

We implement the following measures to protect your data:

• OAuth tokens are stored securely using Supabase, which encrypts data at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.2+
• We request only read-only OAuth scopes. We cannot modify, delete, or write to your Google Analytics or Search Console accounts under any circumstances.
• Access tokens are never logged, exposed in URLs, or stored in client-side storage.
• Your data is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used to train machine learning models.
• Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Deleting your account removes all stored tokens and property selections from our database immediately upon request.

Data storage

Tokens and property selections are stored in our database (Supabase), hosted on infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Data is retained only as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@rootedinsight.co.

Third parties

We use Supabase for database storage and Google APIs to retrieve analytics data on your behalf. No other third parties have access to your data. We do not use advertising networks or analytics platforms that receive your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@rootedinsight.co.
